Vtg DISTLER-PACKARD tin car toy wind up Schuco Germany US Area with KEY repair

Don't know much about this car. It does wind and spring holds tension, but only driver side real wheel spins.

Looks to be incomplete but a rare US Zone Germany Toy. Please see pics for overall condition!
