Vtg 1920s Turner PASSENGER Friction CAR Pressed Steel Dayton Schieble

Here we have a Friction car I believe made by John C Turner but not entirely sure. Paint wear and minor rust. Not sure if its had any repainting, if so probably long ago so please do examine provided pictures. Friction mechanism kinda works but not smooth.
