Vintage Tyco Road and Rail Car Train Railroad Race Set in Box 1988 Tested Works

This is a really fun Rail and Road set from Tyco. Includes a complete set of HO scale rail train and tracks and a complete set of HO scale slot cars and track. The rail and racetrack meet at a railroad crossing. The manual is missing so I cannot confirm that every piece is accounted for, but I was able to put together the full train track and slot car track by looking at the picture on the box with pieces to spare.

Full train rail as pictured on the box. HO Scale Rock Island Express including a Lighted ALCO 430 Diesel Locomotive, Gondola car with pipe pieces, 50' Box Car, Tank Car, Stock Car, Caboose.

Horse Car and Depot set. Electric Power Pack With Variable Speed Control, forward and reverse.

Railroad crossing with operating crossing gate. Several signs and power poles (I can't confirm whether they are ALL there, but it appears so).

Full track as pictured on the box including High Banked Curve tracks. Two were originally included with the set (Magnum 440-X2) - the Silver corvette and the Yellow car. An extra red, white, and blue car is included.

Wall power pack, 2 Hi-Performance controllers, and plug in terminal track. Guard Rails and flags (I can't confirm whether they are ALL there, but there are a lot of each). There are a few defects, but nothing that can't be overcome. Missing a few race track elevator supports. One of the yellow slot car track-to-track elevator pieces is broken, but still functional.

The Pipe loader is broken where it attaches to the support, but it still works if handled carefully. The damage is not visible when set up, but is pictured. The Horse depot has 1 broken gate (the one next to the train car loading area). The extra Red/White/Blue car has a missing spring on one of the metal contacts.

The Silver corvette works flawlessly. The Yellow car works, but runs a bit slow and will need a tune up. All in all this is an awesome combination rail and road set to satisfy the train enthusiasts who also has a need for speed. Again, I can't guarantee that everything is accounted for as there is no manual and remind you that many pieces may need a tune up to work at full capacity.
