Vintage Tin Toy HIGHWAY Patrol Car Rolls Royce? Battery Operated Yonezawa Toy 1960s Japan. It is about 60 years old, so it has aged. There is overall paint peeling, rust, and other deterioration due to aging. A single D battery (or AA battery) powers the patrol light and moves forward and backward.
