Vintage Marx Charlie McCarthy & Mortimer wind-up Car

A vintage Marx car from 1939 a wind-up car that has some playwear. The paint is well worn as seen in pictures. The wind up still works. The car goes forward and backwards the heads don't move like they should.

I'm not sure if anything is missing from the heads not moving.
