Vintage Alps Japan Tin Happy Pup Car Friction 8 Works Sporadically Ford Convertible. There is some light corrosion and some scratches here and there. The friction works only once in a while. The tabs holding the bottom of the car are not all inserted correctly. This is a very hard piece to find fully intact.

So still a great piece to own. After further examination, I believe the ears have been replaced, please see photos.
