Vintage 1939 Marx Wind Up Mortimer Snerd Crazy Car Tin Litho Toy Works perfect

Antique 1939 Mortimer Snerd Wind Up Tin Litho Crazy Car by Marx. I gave the key a few turns and put him on the floor and he took off, Forward, backward, popping wheelies and his head was spinning like crazy. It is in really good condition for its age. It does have a couple of scratches and nicks. It could use a good cleaning. I don't know what to clean it with so I don't want to mess it up. I just don't know how to do it.

The litho is thick and bright. His head and the wheels are on there nice and solid, they have very little wiggle to them, so the toy has not been abused.
