NOMURA, JA P AN, MID-20TH CENTURY VINTAGE LITHOGRAPHED ENAMEL TIN PASSENGER CAR TRANSPORT TRUCK, with HARD BLACK RUBBER TIRES, COLLAPSABLE, EXTENDING LOADING RAMP & TWO, CRIMSON RED & ROYAL BLUE ENAMEL PAINTED TIN PASSENGER CARS. [Only the small metal swing latch on the rear loading gate, which would hold the gate firmly upwards when the truck is moving, is now missing]. Mid-20th century, post-WWII Jap an ese lithographed enamel painted tin toy trucks, car transport vehicles, boats & planes. 18" Length (not including inner ramp attachment) 4 1/2" Height x 3 1/2 Width.

Depth Blue car: 5" Length x 2" Depth x 1 3/4 Height. Red car: 5 1/2" Length x 2" Height x 2 Depth. In really excellent condition and very well preserved, with nearly no visible oxidation of the lithographed enamel tin surfaces. The rear trailer gate is missing a metal swing clip, which would hold the closed, hinged gate firmly in place in the upward position, while the truck was moving.

Simply tremendous surfaces that are nearly unscathed by scuffs, scratches or the usual episodes of oxidation and spots of rust that often plague these vintage tin vehicles. Complete with two red and blue tin passenger cars. No dings, dents, deformities, rust, enamel loss or evidence your father or grandfather ever even played with it outside. Come on, are your 65 to 70 year-old toys in this good shape? Very Good to Excellent overall vintage condition.
