Includes the exact set pictured. The theater its self is in fairly nice condition. The card base parking lot is a little bowed. There was no corrosion on battery terminals. The cars are a little scratches and the axles are rusty.

The film strips and sleeves are in good shape. The black out bored is discolored from what looks like moisture. The box is some what beat up from storage over the years. It has some writing on front of box. And also has some moisture damage.
