Rare Vintage 1950's Marusan Kosuge 12 Friction Tin Car CADILLAC Japan CLEAN

Up for sale is a rare vintage 1950's Kosuge friction tin toy car. The manufacturing quality of this car is possibly the best I've seen on old tin toy cars - it is highly detailed and well put together. 12 long with litho interior and has and runs on a friction mechanism. I tested it and the friction mechanism is kind of slow, so it will run but not very fast.

Cosmetically, this is one of the nicer examples I've seen. CONDITION : Condition is quite excellent. It is missing one of the rear bumper guards. There are some scratches to the roof (see image #8), and some paint rubs to a couple spots on the underside, but overall still very clean paint. I did notice that one of the rear tires has lost the treads and is slick (see image #11).
