A rare 1930s clockwork tinplate model, Captain Campbells Bluebird, made by Gunthermann of Germany in the 1930s. The model is lithographed in blue with yellow and white lining and details, clockwork mechanism to rear wheels. Bluebird was Sir Malcolm Campbells Land Speed Record car. Wear and old scratches commensurate with age. Mud guards a little bent in places. 51 cm long x 14 cm wide x 12 cm high.
