Item has been in storage for 50+ years. It was produced by Louis Marx & Co. This particular model is a wind-up drive toy, this version also includes battery-operated features like a siren & flashing light. The car is recognizable by its distinct green color, the "Dick Tracy" name on the hood, Squad Car No. 1" on the side, and "LM52 on the license plate.
