Original 1911 George CARETTE & Co 16 Clockwork Tin Litho Limousine Toy Car

Up for sale is a superb George Carette & co 16 inch clockwork limousine. This fantastic and luxurious vehicule, possibly modeled after a Mercedes, features its beautiful original colors, thick beveled glass, two tin and glass lanterns and also its two original removable spotlights. Although it is not in perfect condition we feel that considering that it was made over 105 years ago it is in excellent overall condition. The driver's right arm is missing, part of the luggage fence on the roof is missing. A lead welding repair was done to the front left wheel's support.
