This is a 1920s Ferdinand Strauss Co. Leaping Lena Tin Lizzie Windup Car. When the windup mechanism works and is would up the car moves forward and. Unfortunately the wind-up mechanism is not working at this time.

Most luckily spring or the small plastic gear often goes but can easily be fixed. The car is complete and all original with the wind up.
