Louis Marx toy company produced this tin toy wind-up The Milton Berle Car circa 1950 using a toy platform that it had used more than 20 times before beginning in 1930. The Milton Berle Car is just another example of the Marx crazy car which by 1950 had been streamlined to save a few pennies. It is all lithographed tin with a white plastic cowboy hat. 5 1/2 long & 6 1/2 to top of the hat. When wound the car spins & dips & the head spins. In other words it goes crazy which is why the genre is called the crazy car. The toy is in excellent working condition.

The wheels have a very small amount of wear otherwise it is clean & bright. Due to the nature of antiques and vintage items, some signs of wear and usage are to be expected.
