Large 16 1930's Marx Tin Windup Toy Rocket Racer Race Car with Driver and Box

I will be listing a large quantity of toys over the next few weeks. Large 16 long tin windup racing car that was made by Marx in the 1930's. This Rocket Racer toy is in fantastic original condition with original driver. The cool multi colored futuristic design is great and the clockwork windup mechanism still works great with the wheels spinning along and propelling the car across the floor. The car still has the rubber bumper piece on the front (although it has hardened with age). This also comes with the original box that it in rough condition and needs restoration; the box is split in half, has tears, and is missing all of the end flaps with some missing torn sections at the end. The car has some scratching and wear as shown, and some scratches on the bottom. A really nice car in working condition.
