A lovely early 1900 era Gunthermann horseless carriage with working wind up mechanism. The car is 17 cms long and 16 cms tall to the top of the driver's hat. The rear wheel has a diameter of 8cms. The Gunthermann toy is based on a Benz Velo which like many 1900 era cars was very short thus this early toy is in scale with much longer toy cars from the 1910 era such as larger Carette limousines.
