NIKOLAIDIS was one of the most important Greek toy manufacturers who made toys exclusively from tin during the decades 1950s-1960s. Headquartered in Salonica, Greece they were forced to stop production after plastic toys and inferior materials started flooding the toy market. You are looking at is in used condition with signs of wear, such as slight scratches and discolorations. In light blue color with off-white roof. The inner litho is still very bright with vivid colors. A very rare Greek tin toy with signs of antiquity, yet a unique piece for collectors and those who are trully aware of such antique toys!!
