Gama Cadillac convertible 350 tin car friction drive antique toy no Marusan Alps

Friction drive, tin plate toy car. Made by Gama in the mid fifties. This example is totally original with the exception of the windscreen and frame, the aerial, the steering wheel and the driver. The windscreen frame is made of plated tin plate. Arial is made of steel and the steering wheel is made of brass and copper.

Driver is made of resin. Front wheels steer with the steering wheel. The original paintwork is very good with only a few chips. The convertible hood has minor rust spidering. Body is free of dents, however there are some minor dents and scratches to the underside. Interior is very good with only a minor mark on the back seat base. Brightwork is excellent with only a few marks. Various bumper to body and base plate tabs have been replaced. Please view photographs to satisfy yourself concerning the condition.
