Dinky Toys 102 Joe 90'S Car, Original, Boxed, Vintage, Gerry Anderson's

Up for consideration is a Dinky Toys Joe 90'S Car, in it's original box. Battery was placed to test light but it did NOT turn on. Not sure if it just needs a replacement bulb. Pictures are of actual item.
