C1915 Burnett Clockwork Tinplate Touring Car & Chauffeur

C1915 Burnett Tinplate Touring Car & Chauffeur. This early 20th century, English model of a car has a clockwork motor and is finished with black-lined lithographed silver coachwork on a black chassis. The car is marked "BL" to both doors and a Burnett Ltd of London logo to the rear with a "Made In England" stamp just below. The front wheels axle rotates within a small arc.

The car has a length of 8 inches (20.25cm), a width of 3.3 inches (8.25cm) and a height of 2.7 inches (7cm). The car is complete, there is general wear to the body but it is free from other damage.

The clockwork motor with its intergral key is a little loose but will drive the wheels. Please see further images below..
