BOXED 1960's NOMURA SONIC DODGE CHARGER JAPAN TIN TOY BATTERY TINPLATE MOPAR CAR

SUPERB LOOKING VINTAGE TIN CAR. STILL WITH ITS RARE ORIGINAL BOX. BY NOMURA TOYS (TN / TOYS NOMURA). IMPRESSIVE SIZE AT AMOST 40 CM / NEARLY 16 INCHES. HIGHLY DETAILED LITHO PRINTED DETAILS........ GREAT WINDOW IMAGERY OF OCCUPANTS. WITH LARGE ARIEL CONTROLLER & STOP/START LEVER.....

Car drives forwards; operating the ariel, causes the car to stop/ roof opens up to deploy the twin machine guns/they light up, begin firing with sound and then retract/roof panels close again.... Then car starts driving forwards once more.

Originally with an additional option of a small plastic control whistle, which i can not find........ Commonly lost piece is available online at unclealstoys. With the insertion of a square battery type, this whistle would be used to alter the cars direction (I'VE NEVER HAD SUCH BATTERY/ OR TRIED THIS, AS WITHOUT WHISTLE). CLASSIC JAPANESE TIN TOY, NOW WELL OVER HALF A CENTURY OLD. CAR DISPLAYS WONDERFULLY IN THE BEST COLOUR, RED OPTION.

REALLY HIGH QUALITY MODEL OF A CLASSIC MOPAR VEHICLE. HERE SHOWN WITH ITS RARE ORIGINAL BOX....... Dodge Charger is in unusually nice condition; looks excellent on display....... Very nice battery compartment etc..

Box with over half a century of ageing, general wear and tear.... One internal part packing piece....

Even so, the car has always operated great over the years i've owned it; i will try to get some fresh D - type batteries and add a short clip below. (please see all the images for actual condition).
