Highway Patrol Car by Bandai Made in Japan with original Box Battery Operated Model # 4204 Buick Riviera A vintage tin toy that has been in our family forever. Recently removed from a long storage period, the toy has remained in excellent condition. The antenna is in working condition. The red siren dome lights up, but with no loud siren. The'bump and go action' has also gone.

It's much better on gas, that way. A few light scratches / scuffs are visible.

This patrol car didn't do much'patroling' back in the day. Outside of it's mechanical issues, it's in superb condition. It is still very vibrant and clean. The Box is missing a side panel.

The panel was saved is now tucked inside the box with the car. The colorful box also shows a rip/tear across most of the top, above the words High Way Patrol Car. The Box certainly is not perfect, but I was surprised and thrilled that it still exists.
