It's in beautiful overall condition with a few areas of moderate wear. It has a hand lever on the bottom of the rear left wheel.

You put this lever in the brake position so that it touches the tire, then wind it up then switch the lever on and the back wheels go. There is also a siren on the bottom but I do not hear any siren sounds when the car is in motion.
