Please keep an eye on my listings.. ATTRACTIVE TWO-SEAT TOURING SPORTS CAR. 20 cm / 8 inches length to front of crank handle. MADE IN GERMANY AROUND 100 YEARS AGO. TINPLATE CONSTRUCTION, WITH LITHO PRINTED FINISH.

HAS THE TYPICAL HESS FLYWHEEL MECHANISM...... WITH CRANKING HANDLE WIND UP.... THIS MODEL ALSO HAS THE LEVER ENGAGEMENT FOR DRIVE OR NEUTRAL RUNNING.

CAREFULLY PUSH IN WHILST TURNING THE FRONT CRANK HANDLE, THIS WILL SPIN UP THE FLYWHEEL.... CAR SITS STATIONARY "RUNNING", UNTIL YOU ENGAGE THE DRIVE... CAR WILL THEN MOVE AWAY (backwards or forwards, depending on winding direction). Please try the following video link to see a short clip of the working function. NICE WITH ALL ORIGINAL PARTS, INTERIOR SEATING; CORRECT DRIVER IN PERIOD ATTIRE. OLD CAR DISPLAYS WITH NICE BRIGHT APPEARANCE. The car displays with missing side running boards;the front support bars are still in place (quite easy to recreate if you are handy)..... CONDITION IS NICE, WITH LIGHT AGE/WEAR MARKS AFTER A CENTURY OF PLAY....

UNDERSIDE IS NICE AND CLEAN.... FLYWHEEL AND CONNECTING DRIVE SHAFT AND REAR DIFF ALL INTACT. LITTLE BIT OF WHEEL PLAY.
