The 10 inch very colorful tin windup toy is designed to turn over after rolling for awhile and lading back on its wheels. The clown driver holds on for deal life as the toy rolls and turns over with the help of a fifth heel on the underside. Everything, including the wheels, has colorful lithographed details and images all over, richly lithographed. Time, age of the spring and make it so that the toy needs help to operate, but the mechanism works as designed, ingenious to watch.
