50'S TIN FRICTION OPEN WHEEL CHAMPION RACER RACE CAR DRIVER SHIFT BANDAI JAPAN

It measures 7 1/2 inches or 19 centimeters long and it is in excellent, complete condition. Questions are welcome and I will be happy to provde additional photos.

This is a beautiful racer in excellent, very lightly played with condition. It is all original with the exception of a replacement windshield plastic. The litho is in beautiful condition and the surface of the tin has a really nice gloss. The colors are beautiful and there is almost no wear, just a few small scratches, on the surface of the tin. The racer has a little gear shift that moves.

The tires and hubcaps are in excellent condition and the friction motor is in great shape and has a really nice whining siren like sound. The is a beautiful 1950's tin friction racer; the race car is pictured on page 195 of the great Big Book of Tin Toy Cars Commercial and Racing Vehicles.
