1961Cadillac Fleetwood 17 Japanese Tin Car by SSS Tokyo NR

Another big and beautiful Japanese tin car by SSS Tokyo (Shioji). This beautifully styled 1961 Cadillac Fleetwood 4 door sedan measures approximately 17" long (43.2 cm) by 4.5 tall (11.4 cm) and 6" wide (15.2 cm).

This is the fixed hood and trunk variation that I believe to be a little harder to find, and it is in what is probably my favorite color combination of pale green over darker green. The condition of the car is totally original, including scattered small dimples in the roof and a few abrasions and scuffs in the darker green paint. Typical wear for a car over 50 years old. The friction works smoothly and the tires show hardly any wear. The trim on the car is very nice and is all original as well.

The celluloid windows are original and in good condition. The base plate is original complete with the usual scratches and abrasions.
