1960s American Pre-School Toy Company Stock Car Robbie Wooden Pull Toy

This is a rare wooden pull toy from the 1960s. It has wear and water damage all around.

The engine is in four pieces, but I'm not sure if it is supposed to be like that or one whole piece. Everything seems to be connected and the engine does goes up and down when you roll it sometimes. The bottom piece seems to have broken at some point as well and was put back together.
