1957 Lincoln Premier Deluxe 17 Japanese Tin Car by Ichiko NR

Another big Japanese tin car by Ichiko with a seldom seen reproduction box. This beautifully styled 1957 Lincoln Premier 4 door hardtop is the deluxe model with a tin driver and red plastic taillight inserts.

It measures approximately 17" long (43.2 cm) by 4.5 tall (11.4 cm) and 7" wide (18 cm). This car is really big and very nice looking. The paint and colors are very nice and are totally original. The colorful, lithographed interior offers a nice contrast with the 2-tone dark blue and pale blue color.

There are a few minor touchup spots in the pale blue top, but they are hardly visible. All of the tin trim including bumpers, grill, and windshield trim are in very nice condition and still shine. The celluloid in the windows is original and like most of these cars the rear celluloid is loose at the top corner. It really doesn't affect the beauty of the car.

The rubber wheels are good and the hubcaps are just outstanding. The base plate is all original and in good condition. The friction works just as it is supposed to.
