1950's Original Yonezawa ATOM #153 Friction Racer Tin Car Made in Japan

This is an original Yonezawa Atom #153 tin friction race car from the 1950's. It comes to you missing the driver and the two front hubcaps. The front left wheel needs readjusting & new rubber around the tires - I will leave that to the expert. The car measures approximately 16'' long and 6 1/2'' wide. It has minor wear, as pictured, but is overall in amazing condition with no major damage to the graphics.

The colors are really vibrant! The friction mechanism still works. The metal windshield frame is nicely secure, as are all of the metal decorative pieces. A great addition to any antique/vintage toy collection.
