Vintage Wolverine Mystery Car and Trailer in Box, Tin Toy Vehicle, No 35

Vintage Wolverine Mystery Car and Trailer No. 35 in the original box. When tested the toy wants to engage but will only roll a very short distance before stopping.

There seems to be a miss in the teeth and they don't quite catch. The car and trailer measure appr. They are in good condition with light dents, slight paint loss, minor scratches and the front passenger side quarter panel has the metal showing and is rusty. The box is in rough condition with wear to the edges and corners, one end is missing and there is box tape on the other end. However, you rarely find this toy with the box.
