Vintage Tin Alps Batmobile Friction Toy Sports Car Japan 60's Rare

Very rare find is this Alps tin litho friction Batmobile made in Japan in the 60's. The few that I have ever seen are never with Batman head and that antenna is quite often missing as well. There is a little windshield in front of batman and it is present. Looks to be a complete piece here.

The Wheels roll, they are not stuck, but like a perfectly good working friction toy, this one sounds like it wants to go, but just won't roll along on its own presently. Paint is so so and there are areas of moderate to heavy loss in certain areas.

What looks to be a giant paint chip at the drivers side front fender looks to me like foreign paint got on the car. I think it's possible to remove it. All hub caps are present and it is clearly marked Alps Japan underneath.
