SUPERB MECCANO No 2 CONSTRUCTOR CAR (1930's) (MINT!)

Here we have a superb Meccano No 2 Constructor car from the 1930's. This is the earlier version with no driver note, no hole in the seat! Looks superb in the best colour combination of Green with Cream wings. Very nicely built in the Long Wheel Base Racing Car version, with the pointed back fitted.

The clockwork motor works fine. The rear part of the baseplate has been fitted too far back. (easy to rectify, but I didn't want to take it apart) (see photo).

Comes complete with spare round back, ans 4 cycle wings. To sum up, this is a superb, very impressive Meccano Racing Car which looks superb on display!!
