GERMAN TINPLATE, VERY EARLY, MONKEY WITH TOP HAT IN CAR, V. Item: 19 005 - German Tinplate of a Monkey in a Tophat driving a car, not something you see every day! Very early, I would say 1920's-30's. I have never seen this before, and have been unable to find any details in my many books on tinplate.

148mm long, clcokwork, works great. Has stamped "Made in Germany" on it. Very rare item, never seen one before.
