For your consideration is this Simca Aronde made in France by GéGé. Car body is made of plastic and bottom made of tin.

It has battery operated lights and is propelled by a wind up mechanism. It is about 9 1/2 inches long. This toy model dates from the 1940s I believe. Wind up mechanism works good. It has a hairline to roof and a little bit of warping to plastic.
